In reference to the 11th five year plan it clearly indicates the misbalance between employer's need and workplace skills possessed by job seekers. It is estimated that we have just less than 3 million knowledge workers presently available against the recruitment of 15 million skilled people. With less than 4% of the youth trained in skills in rural sectors and approximately 75% in urban, we are facing a huge short fall in market.
No doubt there is an urgent need of industry driven vocational opportunities in a country, where a challenge can be undertaken by organized of repute and expertise.
